ROOMS

We do not yet know if we will be providing on-site lodging again this year.  If you want to do this, email us immediately and let us know so we can plan better.  If you want to get a hotel, book soon!  This is the same weekend as another large event in KC and last year people had a difficult time finding a room at the last minute.  Crash space will also be available, but you will need to contact us early to be sure to get it!

 

PRE-REGISTRATION

We really want to encourage everybody to pre-register this year.  The event site has many other amenities that can enhance the weekend, but we can't afford them without pre-registrants.

DONATIONS

This event is being held as a fundraiser for the Dragon Family Martial Arts Studio.  These are great people and we are happy to donate all of the proceeds from this event to them.  During the fest, we will have additional opportunities for you to make donations.  Thanks!
